My wife and I have willed our entire estate (clear title house etc.) to the Nanaimo & District SPCA shelter.

However, we now find ourself unable to believe that proceeds from the estate would actually be allocated in accordance with our instructions.

We shall therefore make changes to the will for the benefit of some other animal wellfare organization, of which we may feel certain the funds shall be assigned as willed.
