Letters addressed to all the Members of the Board may very well never reach them

This is what writers receive when they email the Board of Directors of the BC SPCA at the designated email address: board@spca.bc.ca

This is to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail to the Board of Directors of
the BC SPCA which I have relayed to our President, Mary Lou Troman.

The email address says "board@" so it is misleading to the public if emails only go to the President, Mary Lou Troman, not to all the Members of the Board. But the Board gave Troman permission to read first and not send to them until she has replied to the writer with a resolution. At that point she is required to distribute both the query and her answer to the other Members of the Board.

From Board of Ditectors' December minutes:
Correspondence:

The President reported on recently received correspondence. The process for dealing with board correspondence was discussed and the President asked if directors preferred to receive incoming correspondence immediately upon its arrival or later when it has been responded to, along with a copy of her response. The majority asked for incoming and responses to be provided at the same time.

So Board Members do not see any letters addressed to them until the President answers the letter. And if she does not answer, then according to the resolution, the Board Members do not ever see the letters addressed to them.

Do emails addressed to the Board of the BC SPCA actually get to all the members?

This is the very reason that some Members of the Board of the BC SPCA have resigned
I recommend that the Directors get independent legal advice as I did
