I am looking for explanations....I pay my taxes

This is brutal and heartbreaking and makes me so terribly sad.

I just finished reading a book which will forever change my life. It was called THE DOG WHO SPOKE WITH GODS, and is the story of a young research dog and the medical student who fell in love with him. She ultimately rescued him at the cost of her own life.

I am not an activist or a violent person. We have ten dogs and love the them more than many children are loved. They are kissed, cuddled, well fed, socialized, exercised and receive veterinary attention as required.

I am looking for explanations...I pay my taxes and have worked in this province for 35 years, as have all my family, my friends and my associates.

I am appalled at this revelation and would be prepared to "go to the wall" in defence of these helpless victims.
