What on earth is going on?

On one hand the BCSPCA is holding meetings with rescue groups to organise rescue and now appears to be pulling the plug.

The Green Zone dogs are adoptable and that's the ones they will keep for themselves, obviously since they are revenue generating. The rescues will be cut out of the loop if this news is true.

The assessment tool has been suspect from the very beginning. I looked up Brunel University where Gourkow went to obtain it and was horrified at the amount of experiments done on animals of all kinds. The Google search engine went on for pages, tons of drug and medical experiments being done.

There continues to be surprise, off-the-wall decisions being made. I find it absolutely schizophrenic how the BCSPCA is being run.
