Look up "RSPCA + Brunel University" together on Google and you will see a number of articles. What is very, very interesting is that the assessment was used to match up animals with owners to reduce the number of animals returned to shelters.

Our BCSPCA is not using it as a matching tool at all. They are using it as a tool to cull the animals.
