I am coming to the conclusion that there won't be anything left of the BCSPCA to fix before too long.

And does it really deserve to? I can only imagine what working in such a negative, hostile environment day after day must be like. The difficulty now as I see it is that the society might have crossed over the line where nothing would or could restore the damage that is being done.

If they fixed everything tomorrow, there would still be a horrendous hangover to deal with. I really have to wonder if it is at all possible.
