How can anyone forget the awful neglect and killing of "The Surrey Six"? Is this the kind of pound the Mayor, Council, and taxpayers of Surrey want to recontract with? I sure hope not.
I am staggered at the SPCA's shameless criticism of Surrey's old pound, when its own operation is clearly no better. The gall!
