90 cats have been euthanized in just over 2 weeks at the Kamloops SPCA. The reason being given is an outbreak of feline distemper.
The first round of deaths saw 59 cats euthanized, this week there were a further 31 cats added to the statistics. Mind boggling, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night after that day's work.
