I drove past the place on Monday August 19 and saw a sign advertising Puppies for Sale. Then in discussion with my cousin (the family actively supports the Kelowna SPCA), I was told that they had gone to the shelter to see the puppies and they were not there. I was also told that the Puppies for sale come from a miller outside of Kelowna.
