Clarification needed

Connie, the article says that "Regional District dog control has been caring for strays and surrendered dogs since the seizure." You say that they denied looking after any SPCA dogs to you. The two are not necessarily the same. Regional District Dog Control (pound) will have always been responsible for strays, and obviously takes surrenders, and they are probably getting more surrenders now that the SPCA is full of Beaverdell dogs, but that does not make these extra pound dogs "SPCA dogs", so Yes, the pound is not taking any SPCA dogs.
