I agree, I'm sure dog control is busier with people wanting to dump their dogs now that the Kelowna SPCA is not accepting any dogs because of the 53 dogs seized in Beaverdell.
I don't think the SPCA has sent any dogs over to the pound kennels even though they have the room to look after them. We all know dogs don't last long in those places.
