DANGEROUS DOGS FOR HIRE: The story of Bo who AAS rescued from a life behind chainlink *LINK* *PIC*

It is legal for huge, dangerous dogs to be hired to guard businesses. There are no regulations.

Here is what we were told by one of the breeders of these dogs:

Sell Rottweiler pups for $400 - $600. Sold at 6 weeks of age.

Sell German shepherd pups for the same amount.

Sell English mastiff pups for $1000 - $3000. Males may weigh 200 lbs.

Will sell an adult Rottweiler or shepherd with some training for $600 - $4000.

They plan to breed fila mastiffs, also called Brazilian mastiffs, crosses between English mastiff, greyhound and bloodhound.

The owner said, "They bite - no warning, just come up and bite. Can jump six foot fences. Can be over 200 lbs. Bred to chase slaves and for jaguar hunting". They sell pups for $2000.
