The Cowichan Valley Animal Shelter company contracts with Ladysmith as well as North Cowichan and a small part of Duncan. (The Cowichan SPCA contracts dog control for most of Duncan).

If you live in Ladysmith, complain about the ruthless killing that your tax dollars are paying for:
