There is an SPCA on Bell McKinnon Rd in Duncan that is a real shelter

I can fully believe what is happening at this "shelter". They do always place ads saying they can rehome dogs. I have heard previously that animals are killed there. I live half an hour from this "shelter". It is privately run for profit. I am pleased you included the address, not because talking to them would do any good, but to differentiate them from another shelter also located in Duncan.

There is an SPCA on Bell McKinnon Rd in Duncan that is a real shelter. I have been there numerous times because I work with a rescue group.

Although the Lower Mailand SPCA's have problems, the one in Duncan really is a "shelter". I have been there, I've worked with them. They care!
I am writing this because the 2 shelters in Duncan are worlds apart and I wish to insure that the SPCA shelter - a real shelter, does not get blamed for what the for-profit pound is doing.
