Does this mean we can/should expect the BCSPCA to have a sufficient number of officers on site at the rodeo, monitoring for cases of animal cruelty? I attended the Cloverdale Rodeo only once in my life, and witnessed a calf get his hind leg torn off when he was roped.The officials quickly put up a barrier around the fallen animal and shot the calf dead, in front of the entire audience.
