The SPCA policy is a sham

How can the BCSPCA have a policy like #10 that completely disapproves of rodeos and still lets them go on? If the policy is against such cruel events, because of the way the animals are being mistreated, isn't it in their power to shut them down, and isn't this then the same policy that gives them the power to seize animals that are being mistreated by the general public?

This policy is a sham. It is hypocrisy of which the SPCA are so good at. Surrey council will never end the rodeo, because it makes too much money for them. The two-faced SPCA will lie to your face just so they can get more money from the city of Surrey. It's the animals that lose because they're expendable. Just keep the money rolling in and turn the other cheek, that's the SPCA's policy.

The justice for animals is virtually non-existant in this province. The Anthropocentrics have made sure of that. The love of all animals and how we care for them lies in the belief that all sentient beings should be allowed to live a life just like humans do. That means no hunting, no eating of meat, no abuse at all. It's the only way the fauna of the world stand a chance.
