Re: From one generation to the next, participation in this form of animal cruelty has been passed on as a legacy

I was one of the few who showed up to protest the Cloverdale Rodeo. It is truly a barbaric display of how desensitized people have become to cruelty to animals. Saturday there were 14 of us, Sunday there were less (some could not attend both days) and also some different faces. We were expecting more, we need to stand up and say ENOUGH!!!! We will not stand by silently when we know animals are suffering. Sure we had lots of uneducated and ignorant people shouting obscene language and profanities at us. Sure it was a bit uncomfortable...but who cares! The animals do not have a choice, they do not have a voice. We are their voice, even if we are only a few. We need more people to come and join us next year to protest again. I will be there...will you? Those who wish to be contacted please email me with your name and phone number too. A big thanks to those that showed up to the protest!
