I was told to take Petcetra off the list by the then Acting Branch Manager

A few years ago when I was planning the Victoria BC SPCA “Be Kind to Animals Week” Fair, I put together a list of animal related businesses in Victoria who we were going to invite to participate. I was told to take Petcetra off the list by the then Acting Branch Manager – citing “we have had to investigate too many complaints there so it wouldn’t be appropriate to invite them to participate at a Fair with the BC SPCA as host….” It would appear that a lack of money most definitely makes strange bedfellows.
