I've seen too many failed adoptions from Petcetera! I personally wish the SPCA wouldn't use them at ALL! I know their hearts are in the right place but they don't have the proper people doing "adoptions", as far as I know they don't screen homes at all! Without screening you can't do adoptions, period. I personally do not shop at stores that sell ANY animals, including goldfish! At least Petcetera didn't succumb to the needs of the market and start selling puppies and kittens like SuperPet in Richmond did. I do respect them for that.
