Animal Advocates Watchdog

The Adams family needs to get a good lawyer and I hope they do

If Teddy was licensed and microchipped then Teddy was not legally of unknown ownership. Both the Coquitlam animal shelter and the Coquitlam SPCA could have and should have been able to identify the dog's owner. As for the new owners of the dog, I hope that their heartless insistence on keeping a dog that they have no moral right to is proven to be illegal as well as immoral. The Adams family need to get a good lawyer and I hope they do. And the legal fees ought to be paid by the City of Coquitlam and the Coquitlam SPCA.
