I find this absolutely amazing and tragic that this happened. I hope that the Adams Family fight to get their canine family member home. I also agree that the City and the SPCA should foot the bill.

What are the other family thinking in not acknowledging the mistake and putting it right? If they cared for this little being, they would send him home where he belongs!
