The only group responsible for the loss of SPCA contracts is the SPCA itself.

The Board of Directors and CEO seem to have forgotten that staff, former staff, volunteers and former volunteers who have complained for years about the treatment of animals within the BC SPCA have friends and those friends have friends and so on and so on and so on.
