Bless all of your hearts for your compassion to our earth angels- the animals - who cannot speak for themselves. I will never stop dognapping if I think a dog is in an unsafe, unhealthy environment. I am currently working to try and save dogs on British Columbia Indian Reserves - BC has one of the worst records in Canada for their neglect of dogs on Reserves. They will respond (eventually) that it is up to the individual Band (Tribe) to enforce dog bylaws. This is not happening in most cases, or there would not be a problem! Shooting healthy dogs & puppies is not an acceptable way to reduce their populations. Spay and neuter is.
