Tammy you are a hero. I pray everyday for you and Doogie and all the Doogie's of the world. It is time that monsters like Doogie's owners were punished for their crimes. I am so sick and tired of people thinking they can do whatever they want to an animal. Animals suffer too!!
Thank you Tammy for everything you have done for Doogie.
