Skeeter — A Common Story

Skeeter was put outside as a tiny puppy on a rope and neglected until his collar grew into his neck.

Rescued from a local Reserve, six-month old Skeeter (as we are calling him), described by his rescuer as a sweetheart, is now safe with AAS and is looking for a home/foster home for him on the North Shore where he will be close to our vet for ongoing care.
