Yes there is pitbull fighting on more than one Reserve in the Victoria Area, and this has been talked about for years and complained about for years to the SPCA.
Nothing over the years has been done to my knowledge and nothing has changed.
I was told by one Elder on a Reserve in Saanichton that 54 pitbulls were born on the reserve last year.
Wonder how many of these dogs live an even acceptable life? Personally I bet not even 10%.
The immense suffering is almost unimaginable and yet it appears to be completely ignored by the only Society that can do anything to help the dogs that are suffering.
