I don't know anyone in reputable rescue who would have killed that pup before doing tests. Please tell us all if you would have killed this pup rather than spend the money to find out if all your warnings had a foundation in fact as you excuse the SPCA for doing. It's important for the public to know which "rescuers" kill pups without testing. Everyone on this board owes the donating public the right to know if they kill the animals they "rescue" before even knowing if the animal can be saved. Let's hear from all of you. Put it in writing so it's on the record.
