What is so secret about Missy's disposition? Why does the SPCA refuse to reveal even Missy's case number? I can understand not revealing information that may jeopardize a case, but what harm could it do to provide some basic information to Crystal?

Crystal, after all, cared so much for this dog that she pushed the SPCA to do something ... even when it resisted. Crystal has offered money and two foster homes for Missy.
