These are the dogs that every pound is full of...not cocker spaniels and poodles. Most of these dogs are pit bull crosses. These are the dogs that taxpayers pay to warehouse. These are the dogs that any pound that professes to be a no kill shelter, as does the Vancouver City Pound, must sell these dogs to someone, or kill them. AAS told the City years ago, that until it banned or regulated these dogs, the City was part of the problem.
