Mia Riback asks the pointed question

All I ask is WHY didn't you let a spaniel experienced person come and see the dog, I know Donna and she is amazing, WHY would you not let her rescue evaluate her in a home environment where they could get a true assessment? In my opinion there is NO need to PTS when there is a rescue like Donna willing to help. The dog had ONE more option available to her and you didn't allow it.

Sadly, what is best for dogs in the SPCA's care, seems to be the last thing the SPCA is willing to do

Secrecy is a diminishing option for the SPCA thanks to the internet
Not human welfare. Not animal welfare. Just SPCA welfare
