The accounts of dogs and cats left to suffer illness, injury, and disease at SPCAs is legion. Not just occasionally, but so frequently that it is par for the course.

What kind of Society is it that it brutalizes and destroys people who treat animals better than it does? Who runs a Society like that?

The CEO and the Board of Directors does. Those people must be held accountable.
