Those tests that "we" hate so much meant a death sentence for two puppymill dogs in May, 2003. They were part of a group of surrendered puppymill dogs at the Kamloops SPCA.
Their assessment - "extreme fear and impending blindness"
Their punishment - death.
The two dogs in question certainly could not be called Dangerous Dogs! Meet Kelly, my very dangerous SPCA assessed "red zone" dog. She was another of the "extreme fear" Kamloops puppymill dogs. (Kelly is the one standing.)
I sat on the floors of their kennels for over a month helping to socialize them. Please don't tell me I don't know firsthand what I am talking about.
