All the talking that I did with the Kamloops SPCA only culminated in the death of those two dogs. No one would listen so I posted publicly on AAS. Voila...the SPCA listened. I even received a phone call from Craig Daniell, who further promised in emails to "revert" back to me. Surprisingly two years later I am still waiting.

So Mr. Daniell, as you're reading this, meet Kelly (the one standing), my very dangerous SPCA "scientifically assessed, red zone" dog. She was another of the "extreme fear" Kamloops puppymill dogs.
