The SPCA is holding a party? This whole story is from the Twilight Zone! I read this in the paper and I was so mad that I phoned every animal lover I know and told them to read it and weep! Someone told me to go to AAS and it is the best advice I could have because I was feeling so helpless about the SPCA and now I don't feel helpless anymore. Sign me up! I will be watching the Kamloops SPCA for you.
