I am sick to death to learn that you are doing absolutely nothing about complaints to you about chained and mistreated dogs. I was a supporter of the SPCA for many years but now am spreading the word about your real actions. Animal Advocates has my support and that of my friends, neighbours and relatives. There are many of us who read the Animal Advocates web site and support them. Open your eyes and your black hearts and help the animals.
