I served on the Victoria SPCA CAC and know first hand of many circumstances where the BC SPCA has let the animals down, including killing dogs in the name of CAMP, selling sick animals and not following their own charter. Don't let the BC SPCA "spin doctors" try to tell you that AAS is lying - it is the BC SPCA who are the ones that continually lie to cover up their corruption.
