SPCA Uses CVMA Humane Standards to Bully Animal Welfare Groups and Breeders When Its Own Facilities Are Substandard

Most SPCA facilities do not meet the humane standards outlined in the Code of Practice for Canadian Kennel Operations, yet the SPCA uses this code to raid and bully other animal welfare shelters and breeders whose animals are no worse, and quite often better cared for than those in SPCA "shelters".

The SPCA is wasting its dwindling resources bullying shelters and breeders with standards that it doesn't even apply to itself, and if it is not careful it may find itself on the wrong end of a lawsuit for malicious prosecution.

In short, clean up your own backyard first SPCA. Take a look at the condition of some of the animals coming out of your own so-called "shelters"....
