Is this even legal?

Is this even legal?

In the Grand Forks seizure last June of sixteen healthy dogs, the SPCA demanded, within a month, $12000.00, and had a list of demands that was more far reaching than this! In December the amount went up to over $21,000.00. It looks like the SPCA is having trouble fundraising so this is the answer.

(AAS: that is precisely what some vets are telling AAS.)

That was over seven months ago and no charges have been laid and can't now under the PCA Act. And the dogs have all been disposed of by the SPCA - the ones that it didn't kill, it has sold.

My Father fought in the last war, along with thousands of others, to stop this kind of abuse of power. Let's learn from the past!

We cannot conceive of a reason for silencing anyone who is being investigated that is in the public good
The BC SPCA uses its intimidating and unregulated powers to silence animal owners and critics
If you are concerned at the SPCA's power and lack of recourse for victims, write these Ministers:
Is this even legal?

The steps taken by the BCSPCA throughout this drama seem bizarre to me *LINK* *PIC*
