After following the links on the AAS WatchDog to the stomach turning cruelty of foie gras I'd like to add that to a campaign too. How can any restaurant patron eat with a hearty appetite when they must know about the cruelty they are paying for? How can the owners of restaurants make money off this pain and savagery to completely helpless beings? Why does it take pressure to make people do the right thing when there is no real loss to them except pleasure or money? It is beyond me to understand this!
