40, 50, 60... and more? Excess cats are as big a pest problem in most of BC as rats and mice are

40, 50, 60... and more?

Why not more? Why not clean out every SPCA of cats and dogs this way every few months? SPCA facilities are all diseased, so the justification is ready made, or actually, self-made, as it is SPCA lack of quarantine and lack of medical care that provides the ready reason to clear out all the old, or weak, or just any animal that hasn't sold yet. In the summer, the Kamloops SPCA killed 40 cats, then 50 cats, and now 60 cats, all the same way - killing on the grounds of disease without testing for the disease. Nothing says more plainly that the SPCA is not an animal welfare organization but is a pest-pet disposal business. Excess cats are as big a pest problem in most of BC as rats and mice are. The BC SPCA is BC's biggest - by far -disposer of pest pets.

"We will not turn an animal away"- a great business slogan
A more fitting slogan could read "easy and effortless disposal"
"No Interest" - "No Service Charges" - "Easy Payment Plan" - "After Sales Service"
It seems to me that shelters which safeguard health should be one of the highest priorities
