Who covers the cost of the deflea/deworm, ear mite medication and other normal costs?

It is truly too bad that the BC SPCA is likely going to be able to fool the general public with this absurd article.

Feral cats need more than spay/neuter most of the time. Who covers the cost of the deflea/deworm, ear mite medication and other normal costs? Who pays for the cleanup of the abcesses? Who pays for the dentals? Who fosters the little kittens who cannot be re-released in the pouring rain?

Anyways, as usual the BC SPCA has THE SOLUTION in less than 24 hours but the four kittens that needed saving and nuturing are still very dead.
I hope someone in Parksville monitors what happens with ferals from now on.

It will be truly interesting to see if anything at all changes or if feral cats still come into the facility and are killed after the required holding period.

Is the Parksville SPCA out there, trapping, doing spay/neuter, and caring for the colonies, so that they receive less feral cats?
