This 3 year old unneutered BC is being kicked in the head by his owner, and is on a 1 ft. chain, is being fed when the owner feels like it. There are 2 girls who feed him in the middle of the night and have developed a trust with the dog. apparently the dog is good with woman but is fearful of men due to history.
According to the person who called me the SPCA has been called many many times, in regards to this BC, cattle and other animals.
BORDERCOLLIE RESCUE, CAN You PLEASE CONTACT ME?
I have no room and neither do our fosters..unfortunately..
