Why would are real animal welfare oganization have a dog test? None that AAS knows of have one.
Tests are a "state-of-the-art" excuse for killing dogs that need expensive rehabilitation. These test are becoming more common as a way to deflect criticism by "public safety dog control" contractors, which the BC SPCA is.
These agencies can make money from municipal contracts to control and dispose of dogs or they can get donations by being an "open door shelter" where a lot of ruined dogs are dumped.
Real rehabilitation of these dogs costs quite a lot of money as AAS can attest.
