Debbie

This dog was tied-up in this yard of a house up North, where summer temperatures can be 100° Fahrenheit (38° Celsius), and winters 40 below. She couldn't escape the swarms of flies her feces attracted, and often there was no water.

A neighbour tried for years to have the official animal agency help this dog, but she was always told, 'There is nothing we can do' (in fact, the law allowed them to help this dog). So the neighbour Googled and found Animal Advocates.

She was rescued. Her untreated lumps and other medical issues were taken care of, and the perfect home was found for her. Her new family named her Debbie and made her just as important as the other family members.
