If Chained Dogs Could Speak

Go to the 2009 AAS "Unchain the Dogs!" campaign to see what caused the BC SPCA to announce a few weeks later, in a province-wide press release, that it was starting a chained dog campaign too. It made the announcement in Prince George where many dogs are frozen all Winter in temperatures as cold as 40 below. AAS continues to the present (2010) to be sent reports of chained dogs in Prince George, some with severe diseases, like this dog. Untreated disease is a chargeable offence under the PCA Act.
