From the new SPCA web site, the page entitled "Media Enquiries" : I find it really odd that the SPCA manages to keep track of all these numbers to show the media, yet they cannot tell anyone exactly how many animals were killed, they can't seem to file those audited financials, and now they cannot account for $6000 in recent donations to Delta!
