Does anyone recall one of the Chilliwack branch seizures a few years back? I'd heard the publicity resulted in the branch receiving somewhere in the ballpark of $30,000 in public dontations. I certainly hope the SPCA's has "raised the bar" on seizures for all the RIGHT reasons, however having heard their
donations have been down since 2000 I can't help but wonder.
