Yes, I agree the spca should be doing more where it concerns breeding. Until the over population of dogs and cats are dealt with, we will continue to see needless deaths of animals. I know JRT's are easy to sell, thats why myself and others are worried. Not all employees are aware of the needs that this breed requires. Not all spca's do home inspectiions, references, etc. I wonder how many of these JR's will end up in a pound or back at the spca again, for the spca to adopt out once more to make a buck. Small dogs sell fast, look at Princeton and their puppymill problem.
