I wholeheartedly applaud the BC SPCA on this move.

I was told that the Spay/Neuter Clinic was closed in Victoria because it cost too much to operate and was losing money.
The Victoria Clinic also did not help low-income pet owners as it was too expensive.

I hope the plan for Prince George is better.

So now the destruction stat for Prince George is 51%
Does the SPCA just pull its stats out of a hat?
