This seems to be a step in the right direction - at least they are talking.
Will the SPCA also sign an agreement with the Dog Breeders Association?
No one likes to see an animal abused, but honest hard working business people don't need to be hassled and harrased by the likes of the SPCA. A very defined definition of what is expected by the SPCA in regards to animal care is first required. Most breeders would welcome this type of guidance. If the rules could be laid out in such a way that both the SPCA and the breeders knew how the game is to be played, there would be a lot less money spent in court and more on the animals everyone claims to care for.
